Microsoft has launched a new site similar to You Tube.It's name is SoapBox.It's still in beta but I think it's going to grow fast.The difference from YouTube and Google Video is that you can upload larger 10 min videos.In fact there is no limit!you can watch a video and at the same window you can search for other videos without leaving the page.
